Simple Budget Management
iCare Plan Management’s software allows us to track all plan management costs against your NDIS budget with up-to-date totals against each of your funding categories
NDIS Payment Processing
iCare will process, claim and pay invoices within a 3 – 5 business day time frame. We have a dedicated email inbox providing you with an automated response to ensure you know we have received your invoice. All invoices we receive are processed on the day of receipt. They are then claimed and paid upon approval by the NDIA.
A dedicated Finance Manager is available via email or phone should you have any query in relation to the payment of invoices or require additional remittances.
We are committed to assisting providers as well as our participants.
Provider Management and Support Coordinators
We work directly with your providers and support coordinators, reducing the administration work for you.
iCare Plan management will work closely with your nominated Support Coordinator to ensure transparency of information. All documentation is recorded and maintained in relation to spending and reconciled against the Budget Statement.
The ability for support coordinators to log in to an online dashboard and have a monthly statement emailed to them also means that they have the most up to date knowledge of your NDIA Budget.
